Eelectronic Services Associate - Warrenville, IL

The Electronic Services Associate performs the daily operations of ACH origination, ACH settlement, ACH exception item handling, Wire/Western Union (electronic funds transfer) processing, coin and currency.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• All aspects of daily processing of Wire-out and Wire-in transactions and balancing
• Western Union daily QuickCash processing
• ACH member support with emphasis on rules and regulations
• Funds transfer member support for Wire and Western Union inquiries
• Fed Account Balance positioning throughout the day to ensure no overdrafts
• International wire and foreign draft processing
• ACH detail lookups and ACH software processing
• Perform all functions of the Members United currency programs. This includes all service area programs through the Federal Reserve Bank, as well as correspondent banks.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, two years customer service experience and strong PC skills.  Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality with the ability to work independently.
