Reduce your liability, strengthen your internal controls and manage your ACH risk – these are the key benefits of performing your annual ACH audit. NACHA rules require that every RDFI, ODFI, Third Party Processor and Originators of WEB entries perform an internal or external audit of compliance with provisions of the ACH rules in accordance with Appendix Eight. This course will walk you through the ACH audit process and explain the methods, procedures and requirements. In addition, participants will receive the 2008 ACH Audit Workbook and CD, a valuable tool for documenting your audit results and developing an ACH Audit Policy, valued at $60. The topics that will be covered include an overview of ACH Rules and Guidelines as they relate to the specific areas of ACH functions that need to be examined. ACH risk and recommended controls will also be given throughout. If you’re responsible for performing the ACH audit or want to be sure that you are in compliance when the auditor comes, this course is for you.
