This course is designed as an introduction for payments professionals new to ACH processing, and as a refresher for veteran payments professionals. Participants will become familiar with the issues and challenges that receiving ACH entries present as well as the options and solution available to meet these challenges. Come learn about the newest ACH Operating rules, the most effective methods of handling exceptions and how to utilize the rules enforcement process to your benefit. In addition, participants will review ACH processing flows, return time frames and responsibilities of ACH network participants.
